About Fort Stevens State Park

Fort Stevens State Park is one of the largest public campgrounds. Fort Stevens was the site from where military installation used to guard the mouth of the Columbia River.

It was in service for 84 years and saw both Civil War and World War 2.

Fort Stevens is now a 4,300-acre park where lots of recreational activities take place such as camping, beach-combing, freshwater lake swimming, trails, wildlife viewing, and also a historic shipwreck.

Astoria/Warrenton/Seaside KOA is beautiful campground near Oregon coast.

There is a mini golf and pirates. The giant bounce pillow is fun for all ages and the kids will love it.

It also features giant chess and a checker. Other amenities of the campground also include swimming pools, a game room, and basketball courts.

About Nehalem Bay State Park

Nehalem Bay State Park is near to the coast and is situated on a 4 miles sand spit.

It has a foreste0d 1.8-mile long bike path which is one of the attractions in the park. There are deer, elk, and varieties of birds among other wildlife animals.

Sea & Sand RV Park is located on Highway 101. It is just three miles north of Depoe Bay on the central Oregon coastline and about eight miles south of Lincoln City.

There are two parks on opposite sides of Devils Lake. The lake is 685 acres in size which attracts paddlers, fishers, and boaters.

The lakes wetland is wintering grounds for flocks of migratory geese and ducks.
